Most shops run on experience and instinct. We do too — but we've also built a system around it. The Taylor Production System is our internal operating framework, built on Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen principles — the same philosophy that turned Toyota into one of the most efficient manufacturers in the world.
In practice, TPS governs how we quote, schedule production, manage inventory, and get work out the door. When something can be done faster without sacrificing quality, we find it. When there's waste in a process, we cut it. When a job teaches us something, we build that into how we do the next one.
