We hold a ±0.005” tolerance with a kerf as low as 0.006”. Parts come out right the first time.
We cut mild steel, galvanized, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, pre-painted steel, zinc, nickel alloys, tool steels, and more. We also cut expanded, perforated, and embossed metals like checker plate. If you’re not sure whether we can cut your material, just ask.
Parts come off our laser ready for welding or powder coating. No grinding, no deburring, no secondary operations eating into your budget. We can also laser etch part numbers and layout lines, and cut through PVC-coated materials while leaving the protective covering intact.
