TRUMPF TruLaser 1030 · ±.005″ Precision

METAL LASER CUTTING

Clean cuts. Tight tolerances. Every material, every gauge.
If the spec is on the drawing — we hit it.

What We Do

Laser cutting held to tolerances most shops can't match.

Our TRUMPF TruLaser 1030 handles everything from thin-gauge aluminum to thick mild steel — up to 60″ × 144″ sheets. TruBoost nesting software minimizes material waste and keeps your cost-per-part competitive. One setup, one shop, parts ready for the next operation.

01
±.005″ Precision
Tight tolerances held on every part, every run — no exceptions.
02
TRUMPF TruLaser 1030
Industrial-grade machine built for precision and repeatability at scale.
03
Full Material Range
Steel, stainless, aluminum, copper, brass — all cut in one shop.
04
Smart Nesting
TruBoost software cuts material waste and lowers your cost-per-part.
05
No Minimums
One prototype or a full production run — same machine, same tolerances.
06
In-House Flow
Parts move directly to bending, forming, and welding — no handoffs.

What We Offer

Our Capabilities.

01

Material Range

  • Mild steel (carbon steel) — all common gauges
  • Stainless steel — 304, 316, 409, and specialty grades
  • Aluminum — 5052, 6061, and more
  • Copper, brass, and non-ferrous alloys
  • Galvanneal and galvanized sheet
  • Perforated, painted, and specialty coated stock
02

Precision & Tolerances

Tolerances held to ±0.005″ consistently. Clean laser-cut edges reduce secondary finishing — parts arrive ready for forming, welding, or direct assembly.

03

Sheet Sizes & Thickness

Maximum sheet size 60″ × 144″. Gauge range from thin-gauge sheet metal up to 12mm plate — covering the full range of commercial and structural applications.

04

Nesting & Material Optimization

TruBoost automated nesting software optimizes part placement on each sheet — maximizing material yield and reducing your cost-per-part, especially on high-volume or repeat orders.

05

Blanks & Custom Profiles

Standard blanks, custom cut-to-size, complex 2D profiles, holes, slots, cutouts — any geometry that can be described on a drawing, we can cut. DXF, DWG, and STEP files accepted.

06

Prototyping & Production Runs

Single prototypes, small batches, and full production runs — same machine, same tolerances. No minimum order quantity. Get one piece right, then scale with confidence.

07

Integration with Downstream Operations

Cut parts move directly into forming, bending, rolling, and CWB certified welding — all in the same shop. No handoffs, no lost parts, no coordination overhead.
